The Sleigh Society, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing professional performers to create compassionate, inclusive and emotionally safe experiences for children, families, seniors and others they encounter.

As professional performers themselves, Paul and Michelle Smith understand both the craft of performance and the responsibility that comes with creating experiences for others.
They founded The Sleigh Society by combining decades of experience in performance, business, marketing and communications with a shared belief that performers deserve access to exceptional education—not only in their craft, but in the real-world situations they may encounter.
